FOUNDATION
New to road cycling or require more preparation for our dedicated road programme? We've got you covered! Our Road Foundation classes will take you through everything a beginner cyclist will need to know - from reading the mtrics on our bike console and applying them to our specialized training power-zones to understanding the different road terrains. Expect an informative class that is focused on building your basics, alongside the chance to try out different resistance settings and RPMs in a controlled, beginner-friendly enviroment.

Designed to challenge and increase your anaerobic threshold, Road Rush consists of all-out sprint intervals and climb-based sets. This series of short but highly intense work sets - punctuated with bouts of recovery - will ensure that you blast out a full-throttle sprint and kick out big power numbers. This class is the perfect complement to endurance and long-distance training; you'll be promised a good ride as we make you blaze towards that finish line.

RENEGADE
Our signature road ride will test and stretch your abilities in each of our power zones. Expect to level up in power, endurance, and consistency as we take you through a medley of sprints, time-trials, and climbs. Hit all your targets for road training in this all-rounded road ride.
FIRST TIME?
PREPARATION
– Comfortable fitness tops and bottoms are recommended. Be sure to bring a bottle of water and a pair of socks along. Both are available for purchase over the counter if needed.
CHECK-IN
– Doors to the Ride room open at the stated class timings.
– Please visit our website for a comprehensive introduction to the console that will be used in class. Proceed to the ‘Road’ section and watch video titled “Console Introduction and Threshold Test”. This will give you better understanding of what to expect and how to get the best out of your ride.
GEAR-UP
– We provide cycling shoes with LOOK KEO cleats. You are welcome to bring your own compatible shoes.
SET-UP
– Both our instructors and front desk personnel will be there to assist you. Simply give them a wave and they’ll walk you through the proper bike setup.
