As someone who picked up a passion for music and sports at a young age, spin is something that naturally drew ZH’s interest.
As an individual who believes in being comfortable with discomfort, ZH is all about challenging his riders and inspiring people to get out of their comfort zones, while giving them that sense of accomplishment and fulfilment when they’re done working out a sweat. Expect to sweat it out to his grungy and edgy playlist, leaving you breathless and wanting for more.

BECKY
Becky is a firm believer in the power of movement. After her years as a tennis player, she’s since switched gears and now usually chooses to sweat it out on the bike or on a trail. Nowadays, the only thing she’ll compete for is that corner slice of chocolate cake. Expect a mix of alternative beats, EDM, and splashes of familiar pop and hip hop tunes when you clip in for one of her rides. She hopes that you’ll leave each of her classes feeling stronger and more energized, and most importantly, with a smile on your face. When she’s off the bike, you’ll either find her at her day job working with wildlife, practicing yoga or sipping on an oat latte.

Caleb has a heart for exploring the world beyond our little red dot, and he believes a foundation of fitness is key. Other than on the bike indoors and out, he enjoys a variety of ways to push his physical boundaries. Climbing, olympic lifts, rowing machines, you name it!

Never being able to sit still from when she was a child, Chloe grew up learning the importance of discipline and what it meant to push her limits from a young age. Peppering her class with classic rock and balancing it with top 40 hits, every ride is sure to make you sweaty, breathless but wanting more.

In between her crazy schedule as a doctor and an instructor, her love for cooking and CrossFit keeps her constantly on the move. But if you’re lucky enough, you might just catch her having a cup of coffee at her favourite cafe, listening to Def Leppard, while sketching out her next menu for her supper club.

DIANN
Having gone through 3 knee surgeries in 6 years, Diann has never felt fitter now in her 30s than in her 20s. Age is just a number and fitness knows no age. Once you start seeing the results of self improvement, it really becomes addictive. You start falling in love with the person you are becoming, the things you are doing, the people around you with the same goals, and that, motivates you to keep going.

EDWINA
Edwina believes in digging deep and maximising every moment. Get ready for a high-power workout with exhilarating tunes to match (think Latino jams, EDM hits and top 40 remixes) and be prepared to tap deep within to unlock your greatest potential. Let her be your hype girl as she turns the studio into a party, and leave feeling energized, empowered and ready to take on the day!
As with most of her decisions in life, Edwina joined the fitness industry after asking herself “why not?”. Always moving (in and outside of spin), she can also be found at HIIT / boxing workouts, at her day job driving global health access, or trying different granola recipes. Her main priority though, is catching as many of Nadal’s matches as possible.

FELIX
Felix is a full-time fitness coach, where his primary focus is in HIIT and spin. He enjoys high-intensity workouts that are fun, effective and allows a good sweat. Being on the bike gives him the adrenaline as he grooves into EDMs, hip hops or even KPOPs.

To him, age is just a number and he believes that anyone – be it 20 or 70 can reap the benefits of exercising. During his free time , he steps in and play a part to the community by volunteering at old folks home- imparting elderly friendly workouts and activities that keep them mentally and physically active.

LING
Ling is a full time Ironman athlete and current record holder of Singapore for both Men & Women’s category. While excelling in all three segments – swim, bike and run, Ling picks cycling as her favourite leg with no hesitation. Being a full time triathlete also meant that Ling is not only well in tuned with her own power zones, but is able to guide you to yours effectively with the help of the studio’s advanced equipment like stage power meter.
As an individual who holds strong values on the bonds fostered between fellow training partners, Ling believes the best way to establish a fitness routine is to do it with people who share the same passion and goals, and spinning is a great way to keep fit and simply have fun because it allows everyone to explore personal boundaries and limits while riding to same beat.

MANDY
She may be small but she doesn’t play around. Under the blinding lights is where you’ll see this introverted cat lady come alive. Free your mind, find release, and be prepared to lose yourself on the bike. Mandy trains in the Ride room and has a melancholic yet grungy vibe to her rides – peppered with light hearted fun. So hitch a ride, show up, and move.

MELANIE
Melanie is always down for a good time, especially when it comes to music. She strongly believes that the best way to being consistent is making sure you enjoy the process, so expect a feel-good party in class. Expect songs from all over the world, from club classics to underground beats.

SHEENA
Prior to high intensity workouts and strength training, Sheena spent 3 years doing contemporary and jazz dance back in University. The discipline and mental strength required of a dancer stuck with her since and is evident in the way she trains.
You can expect Sheena to challenge you past your limits each time. Coupled with her smiley demeanour, you bet you’ll be leaving each class on a high!

SD was a competitive dragon boater for 5 years and his love for the sport propelled him to coach and groom the next generation competitively. He enjoys training and sharing strength building tips with like-minded people and instilling positive mindsets to empower people who are keen to push the limits of their physical capabilities.

He obtained a Sport Science Degree from the University of Western Australia before going into coaching and training since then. He enjoys training and sharing strength building tips with like-minded people and instilling positive mindsets to empower people who are keen to push the limits of their physical capabilities. When he not out in the sun rowing, he can be found pursuing his second love which is food! Singapore has a unique climate that allows him to appreciate and enjoy food from various cultures. Whenever he is able to, he likes to travel and explore new places to get new inspirations.
