Elle has been an avid sports woman since she was ten. To her, fitness is and has been a form of deep relaxation. This has also helped her grow stronger and more confident as a person in both the physical and mental aspect. Her passion in fitness goes beyond just coaching. Her goal as a fitness professional is to help bring fitness to all walks of life and to all individual regardless of fitness levels; helping to improve overall quality of life by being active and keeping fit.
She is also a HIIT coach, and frequently dabbles in CrossFit and Weightlifting during her free time.
