Working closely with the bike’s console on RPM, resistance, power/wattage and distance, sick beats and choreography are far from forgotten.
CONSOLE INTRODUCTION AND THRESHOLD TEST
Here is what you need to know.
Comfortable, moisture – wicking tops and tights or fitness shorts are recommended to avoid fabric near the pedals. Always remember to bring socks and water bottle.
We do sell both socks and water if you forget!
Our doors to the Ride room open at the stated class time. Our classes are 60 mins which include a 10 minutes bike introduction.
– The 10 minutes Bike Introduction is compulsory for all First Timers to AXIOM.Once the bike introduction is done, the class will start. For your safety and respect to everyone, all late arrivals will be denied entry at this point.
– Please be in the studio 10 minutes before the stated class timing. This gives you time to orientate yourself with our studio and get your correct cycling shoe size.
Cleated shoes are provided. We use LOOK KEO cleats, feel free to bring your own compatible shoes. We also have water available for sale in our studio.
Our instructors and front desk will be there to assist, give them a wave and they will guide you through proper bike setup.
